Director of Community and Non-Porofit Partnership Job Summary The Director of Community and Non-Profit Partnership oversees the recruitment, on-boarding, administration and retention of Non-Profit Organization partners. In addition, the Director of Community and Non-Profit Partnership serves to attract Non-Profit groups to supply volunteers to operate within the venue in exchange for a monetary donation. This position also ensures the program’s success by building and maintaining positive volunteer group relations. Relies on education, experience, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the General Manager. Recruiting Create and coordinate recruiting events including open houses, meetings with interested non-profit group fundraising coordinators, interviews of potential new non-profit groups, and Aramark-sponsored recruiting events.Responsible for recruiting, sourcing and developing marketing tools to support recruiting efforts.Increase Fundraising in the community, to support the Non-Profit financial goals.
