As theWorkplace Design and Connectivity (WD C) Director, based in Berlin, you will be responsible for driving and governingmulti-year strategies to inspire the employee experience in organizationalobjectives for Central EMEA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Central Europecountries).   Informed bydeep understanding of the key Nike business functions and organizationalobjectives in Central EMEA, primary responsibilities include acting as centralpoint of contact between the leadership team and WD C functions, ensuring thatall aspects of Integrated Workplace Services, food services, space management,service transformation, team moves, and maintenance activities are planned andactivated. The process will require driving stakeholder alignment throughinfluence and detailed communications with both WD C cross functional organizationsand Central EMEA leadership and operations. In addition,you will: ENGAGEMENT& COMMUNICATIONS: (50%) Build and managecritical relationships with Central EMEA stakeholders and WD C organization.This includes various levels of the Central EMEA organization & externalservice provider (ESP) partners that support the organization.Be a proactiveleader with curiosity and business acumen to understand Central EMEAorganizational structure, key business processes/gates to become the trustedadvisor to drive team productivity. Become an extensionof the Central EMEA leadership team.Lead all criticalface to face senior leader engagement.Oversee all clientfacing activities to anticipate collisions or disruption and proactively engagewith client and internal WD C resources to prioritize, adjust & managecommunications and engagement appropriately.Proactively followup on issues to assure client feels heard and considered. Be the clientexperience advocate.Discern andsynthesize critical engagements for the tracking and oversight of WD C NA GeoGM & Global WD C functional leaders. Strong sense of when to escalate andwhen to self-manage.      BALANCEIMPACT, EFFICIENCY & AGILITY (30%) Balance WD Cdelivery decisions and communications against Central EMEA business need andWD C strategy while concurrently driving a positive client experience. Thisincludes activities such as Central EMEA neighborhood meeting oversight, clearintake to WD C teams to kick off programs and activities, review ofcommunications tracker, etc.Implement and driveconsistent processes to maximize productivity within WD C functional teams and ESP's.Through deepknowledge and appreciation of the WD C vision & service model, demonstratecreative thinking to provide win/win solutions for both WD C and the CentralEMEA offices.Provide insights onthe WD C platform structure and align across leadership ensuring seamlessefforts across the enterprise. TENANTIMPROVEMENT AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY (20%) Leverage deepknowledge of WD C and Central EMEA and contribute to creative problem solvingto drive process improvement.Use of financialacumen to identify opportunities which result in improvements to operational efficiency.Advocate for CentralEMEA needs at key points and offer compromise and sound judgement when offeringsolutions in a program.In partnership withWD C, present key insights, and analysis to recommend actions for improved performance. Based onyour performance and capacity, responsibility for additional Nike/Conversesite(s) may be added to this Director position.QualificationsREQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree andminimum of 8 years directly relevant experience;Comprehensiveexperience as a cross-functional business/process leader or industry expertHigh profilecommunication, both formal and informal.A confident andarticulate leader capable of inspiring strong collaboration.Ability to storytell and articulate the short- & long-term strategies of all WD CfunctionsPersonal resolveand self-regulation in moments of crisis or communicating hard messages.Ability toinfluence senior leaders and stakeholdersA track record ofeffectively manage and solve complex problemsAbility to manageproject, organize and prioritiesFinancial andbusiness acumenFluent in English, both written and verbal
