Job Description Director of Corporate & Digital Marketing - Responsible for the tactical implementation of Fluors corporate positioning and management of corporate on-line assets for external messaging and promotion. The communication efforts are directed to support Business Development& Strategy initiatives within the Business Groups and also the Functional Groups. This process consists of six steps:

Strategy Development - Further develop and steward the external website ************* to articulate and establish messaging that promotes the value Fluor brings to its key stakeholders in a consistent and visually compelling style.

In addition to *********, responsible for the stewardship of JV sites including FCCL, FCII, AMECO &MX, NuScale Power, SMFI and COOEC-Fluor along with the development of possible new JV websites.

Coordinate with external Registrar and Corporate IT to procure/maintain and defend Top-Level Domain (TLD) names to establish & control internet ownership for both strategic/defensive/ country specific and legal entity protection.

Corporate & Digital Marketing is engaged in both the enhancement and defense of Fluors brand including legal trademark protection for sub-brand names & logos & proprietary services, adhering to copyright usage and identifying /prosecuting phishing and cyber-squatting attacks.

Process Development - Research and evaluate new trends and emerging markets, vendors and services to best position Fluors advantage. Research interests include new technology and digital approaches such as digital visual asset performance and streaming, search marketing, Top-Level Domain management and Web 4.0 functionality.

Communication - Manage content, compliance, approval and support CMS delivery of brand image, company positioning and key messaging for external websites. This encompasses industry/ service offerings, country-specific homepages, photo images, video, digital asset management, and project and technology posting.

Alignment external messaging of strategies and consistent communication/feedback to ensure connecting with key stakeholders-globally.

Act as Account Manager for the proper documentation, monthly invoicing confirmation and procurement processing for 25 vendors.

Measurement prepare data and report insights for ROI with quantification of results i.e. Web Metrics Dashboard for Executive meetings, Corporate Sales Board presentations, monthly Marketing Forum, etc.

Perform ongoing vendor management including; project management, performance metrics, payment and establishing best practices.

Refinement Explore, research and identify new technologies and vendors to best position Fluor for emerging markets and application platforms (Adobe web analytics, CSC brand protection portal, Akamai, DAM, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Act as the Deputy Web Master in all aspects of maintaining the reliability and functional operation of ********* 24/7 around the world. This involves interfacing with all 32 vendors, managing domain and cyber threats, along with day-to-day stewardship of digital and text content thru the MOSS 16 content management system.

Provides direction, management, oversight, governance and ongoing approval for the Corporate ************* website.

Manages and maintains relationships with all business and functional groups to develop their respective content, graphics and marketing communications products.

Provides expertise and consultation services to a wide variety of internal clients for design and development of country-specific sites including content, search, photos, videos, links, DNS pointers, TLDs, etc.

Encourage, challenge, strive, and lead for continuous improvement in all aspects of marketing (people, systems, images, public relations, and market communications, etc.)

Identify, engage and network in industry relevant organizations/seminars/conferences to promote Fluors B2B leadership (American Marketing Association, Adobe Summit, SAS Communications, Industry organizations, etc.)

Identify preferred agencies/ consultants /vendors to augment Corporate & Digital Marketing resources to address future business needs.

Identifies and recommends new and emerging strategies, client, competitor and global market trends, tools and technologies that are appropriate to support the business strategies and objectives.

Basic Job Requirements Bachelors degree in information systems, engineering, or related discipline.

The incumbent will typically have at least 10 to 15 years experience in positions that provide a broad view of business, vendor management, and successful implementation of B2B web, software, web programing and commercialization of interactive programs.

Direct experience in the EPCM marketplace is strongly recommended.

Experienced manager with knowledge of both Commercial and U.S. Government markets to successful articulate Fluors diverse spectrum of client industries and services.

Demonstrated ability to plan and implement projects and ensure completion within established time frames, budget and performance objectives.

Strong knowledge of global business environment, given Fluors 100 country worldwide office & project execution platform. Sensitivity to diverse work force, languages, cultures and communication idioms.

Experience living and/or working abroad is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications Masters degree preferred.

Ability to travel domestically and international.

Be self-directed, define & establish tactical actions to achieve strategic objectives.

Proven, coordination skills and possesses a strong background with online publishing tools. Has strong intuition and outstanding team/meeting facilitation skills.

Proven experience in agency/consultant and vendor management.
