For more, visit tsys.com.Position OverviewThe Director of Talent Acquisition, reporting to the VP, Human Resources, will lead the development and execution of the short and long term recruitment strategy for the TSYS Merchant Solutions segment in accordance with government requirements and budgets. The role includes providing leadership, training, coaching and guidance to a recruitment team with full life cycle recruitment responsibilities for all positions in the segment.Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders in a proactive, collaborative manner to meet current and future hiring needs by ensuring clear hiring parameters and high quality candidate selection.
Develop, refine and implement effective recruiting, interviewing, selection and placement processes, tools and systems necessary to scale and support the recruiting function
Generate recruiting metrics (e.g. time to fill, cost per hire, hire ratios) and provide useful business intelligence about the effectiveness and costs.
Develop and maintain traditional and innovative sources of hiring including employee referral, job boards, diversity outreach, schools, professional groups and social media. Perform required analytics to continually determine successful sourcing.
Lead in partnership with HR business partners in understanding and leveraging hiring trends, workforce plans and recruiting strategies to ensure business needs are met and anticipated.
Collaborates, supports and contributes to the establishment and execution of employer branding tactics for the enterprise.
Forecasts and manages budget allocations for the recruiting function, optimizing spend in alignment of the talent acquisition strategy.
Lead, assess and balance team workload, assignments and all employment related duties.
Must have 8 years recruiting best in class talent and minimum 5 years’ experience leading a recruiting team
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required, Master’s Degree preferred
Experience working in a rapid and complex changing work environment

Strong leadership presence with ability to develop positive relationships and success in influencing across all levels
Strategic thinking with hands on style to deliver effective solutions
Experience with Business Process Re-engineering and project management
The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of Talent Acquisition within the company
Strong sense of urgency
Highly analytical: proven record of creating and delivering meaningful metrics and reporting to various business units
Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement; Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements
A strong solutions focus and the ability to identify problem statements and drive appropriate solutions
Strong internal and external customer service focus
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
Consultative approach and high level of confidence in ability to deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback for hiring managers and team members
Experience and comfort managing employee relations issues and able to navigate workplace dynamics
