['Director, Skincare Product Marketing, Bobbi Brown','185501','Bobbi Brown','Marketing','Americas-US-New York','','','','','Full-time','1st (Day) Shift','','Standard','','','!*!PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE:Spearhead department analysis of both Skincare and Makeup categories for innovation and strategy.  Work closely with the Executive Director to develop Global Marketing strategies for all segments of Bobbi Brown Skincare Category.  Oversee all aspects of program development from concept to final delivery.  Assess state of the business on an ongoing basis, and provide actionable recommendations to grow the Skincare segment.  Develop and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates and internal support groups.  ACCOUNTABILITIES:Strategy•Lead analysis to shape Bobbi Brown brand strategy, including industry trends, opportunity sizing, competitive benchmarking, and pricing opportunities, with a lens into regional and market nuances.  •Develop high quality inputs to drive annual Brand Innovation Strategy and Brand Strategy. •Build templates to articulate and deliver analysis and strategy in clear format.Product Launch Planning•Manage the strategic and creative direction for all Skincare, Hybrids, and Makeup Primer projects from conception to execution.  Provide input to the ED on the development of global/regional marketing product and support calendars, including an 18 month detailed plan and 3 year overview.•Oversee Bobbi Brown sampling strategy & execution, inclusive of Trial Size Heroes.•Screen ideas, prepare, and present documents related to the launch planning process, including concept briefs, cost objectives, and side-by-side calendars developed in conjunction with Forecasting, to gain final brand management approval on new product and project performance. •Conceptualize and drive development of Marketing Playbook that activates key communication levers to optimally support launch programs.•Work with International Marketing and Regional teams to incorporate feedback. Business Management•Become the expert for Bobbi Brown Skincare, Hybrids, and Makeup Primer category performance (shipments, sell-thru, cost of goods, SKU count, pricing and new product forecasts) as well as competitively with regard to products, marketing focus and relevance to the Bobbi Brown business.•Provide analytical support to Marketing and Finance teams to ensure all programs are supported in a fiscally responsible manner.•Manage SKU consolidation for assigned segments: analyze global product performance and provide recommendations for SKU discontinuations.  •Support ED in the development & execution of a Skincare strategy that encompasses visual merchandising, strong resupport and 360 communication to drive growth and increased category penetration.  •Oversee product pricing and COGs planning.•Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual global category analyses.Leadership and Teamwork•Provide direction to and guide support groups (Product Development, Packaging, Design, Creative, Global Communications, Education/Artistry/Special Events, GBSC, and Online) to ensure programs meet objectives, are on time, and that cost and budget guidelines are met.•Guide all forums for program development to ensure that programs meet strategic and financial objectives.  Direct product or program positioning, packaging, pricing, naming, and marketing launch support.•Lead bi-weekly PPD meetings with Marketing, Product Development, Package Development, Package Design, and GBSC to track status of all open programs.  Act as point person for cross-functional teams to anticipate, identify, and seek resolution of developmental and operational issues.•Lead by example to create an environment that is encouraging, respectful, and builds team cooperation.Execution•Manage all necessary paperwork:  CPMS, Marketing Work Requests, Program Briefs & Creative briefs, and copy requests. •Provide affiliates with appropriate, timely information regarding all calendarized programs in assigned segments. •Actively problem solve and trouble shoot in real time to ensure programs remain on track and deliverables are met on time.•Prepare materials for presentation of marketing plans to affiliates and retailers (e.g. Global and Regional Roundtables). ','!*!•8 years of related experience in Management Consulting and/or Global Marketing (with a strong strategic component)•Strong ability to develop powerful PowerPoint decks, building in analytics and financials.•Strong project management skills and follow-through on small details•Ability to problem solve •Ability and maturity to manage a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment•Balance between analytical and creative thinking•Proactiveness•Ability to build, foster, and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of the cross-functional teams•Comfort in speaking in senior level meetings•MBA Preferred','We are an equal opportunity employer.
