Director, Product Marketing Research
We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing Research and Analytics to help successfully analyze market trends, buying patterns, customer behaviors, and product adoption to enable better data-driven decisions. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing Research and Analytics, you will join a team that is experienced, talented, driven and laser-focused on results. With your knowledge, skills and ideas, you will help the team and company reach new heights.
Help increase the revenues and market share of Citrix products and solutions
Analyze marketing programs and product launches to measure effectiveness
Identify customer buying trends to help shape new offerings and promotions
Mine product data and customer information to support cloud transition programs
Uncover customer insights that help shape digital transformation marketing campaigns
Conduct and/or lead primary customer research initiatives
Create field-driven sales enablement tools (e.g. cost and ROI calculators)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate go-to-market efforts
Support product messaging, positioning and go-to-market plans
Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences
Qualifications and Requirements
6 years in product marketing or marketing/business operations for enterprise software products
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, marketing or a related field); MBA preferred
Experience in application virtualization markets, networking and security highly preferred
Strong market segmentation understanding, and sales and marketing metrics
Business analytics background
Fluent with analytics tools such as Tableau
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Analytical, organized, goal driven and customer-focused
Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions independently
Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Ability to work in a distributed team and across both business and technical stakeholde
