How you will bring value to Donaldson:

Accountable to deliver annual financial growth results in line with annual targets with an objective to double the business in 7 years

Reviews and analyzes current sales process to develop and deploy a consistent and measurable sales process that meets the business units needs

Effectively uses data analysis of sales numbers, customer accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to make needed adjustments in sales strategy

Builds and executes business plans for the companys products. This includes a deep understanding of complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and specific industry expertise

Creates and gains approval for both strategic and annual operating plans ensuring the plans coordinate with the total MBU business strategy.

Leads BU resources in the focused execution of the near and long-term strategy and financial plans.

Responsible to consistently increase sales volume and profitability.

Develops and utilizes Key Performance Indicators to measure sales role and distribution partner effectiveness and take appropriate counter measures in-line with delivering annual targets.

Sets and deploys regional territory analysis and sales action plans with sales teams and distribution partners.

Provides leadership and direction through managers.

Executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of or develops business strategy. Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities.

Candidates most successful in this role possess:

-

Bachelors degree in a related field, MBA preferred, and minimum 10 years experience in sales, marketing leadership roles, including managerial responsibility.

Proven experience developing and successfully deploying strong teams and sales strategies across multiple markets and channels.

-

Relevant Filtration and Industrial segment experience preferred.

-

Strong and proven leadership skills.

-

Proven experience with full P & L management.
