Digital Transformation Global Sales Director

Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

Digital Transformation (DT) team drives outcome based selling of our offerings in Connected Plant & Advanced Solution businesses. Global Sales Director will lead DT sales leaders globally. DT sales team is organized by 3 poles -- Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and Asia-Pacific. In addition, Business Development Leaders for UOP's CPS business in every pole will be matrixed into this person. While aligning with the fast evolving value proposition of Honeywell's Digital Transformation offerings, DT team will identify, develop and execute sales opportunities. You will drive sales of products, systems and services to different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.

Bachelor's degree

Significant process controls experience

Significant Enterprise software sales.

Customer facing experience working with a major Fortune 500 accounts and building customer relationships at all levels of the organization.

Negotiating of multi-year $1M contracts and closing deals.

Experience managing a team of up to 10 high performance business development and sales professionals.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment, while also leading sales process improvement efforts.

Strong passion for managing and mentoring a performance driven sales team.

Understanding of Cloud IoT software stack for industrial automation management applications

Knowledge of Big Data and Analytics, Cloud architecture, and Enterprise SaaS models.

MBA

Power to influence others and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguity.

Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to deliver on a monthly, quarterly and annual revenue target.

Constant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.
