We are seeking a Digital Sales Manager to join our team. This regional role will integrate and drive online sales programs by collaborating closely with all business functions. We are seeking a talented candidate who has a background in B2B digital selling channels and digital marketing programs. The candidate will be creative, organized and demonstrate the ability to implement new digital solutions and drive change throughout an organization. Candidates for this position are expected to be early adopters on the cutting edge of new technologies.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Strategizes, creates, and executes comprehensive digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving online sales.

Implement digital solutions working across departments insuring strong communication and buy-in.

Creates performance metrics to measure success and conducts analysis to determine effectiveness, implementing change where needed based on the data

Works with digital service providers, outside consultants, vendors and PIM team to accomplish the digital mission

Works with national and regional marketing teams to implement digital marketing strategies which includes email marketing campaigns, email promotion calendar, email campaign set up, list segmentation, product selection, testing, delivery, and analysis

Leverage metrics to prepare reports for management on online sales performance, marking efforts including ROI.


Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field

3-5 years of experience driving sales through digital channels

Success in defining, launching and measuring effective digital marketing programs.

Hands-on skills in E-commerce platforms, email marketing tools such as Magento, Live Chat, more

Mastery of Microsoft Office suite

Strong ability for branding and identity creation

Extensive knowledge and familiarity with the digital media space

Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent writing skills

Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp different technologies and overcome technical issues

Proven success managing relationships with external vendors

Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

Extremely detailed oriented and superior communication skills

Experience with website content management & Google analytics

Samples of previous digital marketing work required for consideration
