POSITION SUMMARY

Product Manager/Owner for Group Medicare Digital Experience and Individual Medicare Digital Experience. Work as part of the Marketing Technology organization in support of the Medicare Business.

Fundamental Components:

Advocate for the customer - by developing a deep, data-based understanding of customer needs, user behavior and the competitive landscape Own the website product vision and roadmap with input from internal clients, senior management, marketers and strategists Define, prioritize and refine business requirements and backlogs working cross-functionally with design, product management, platforms and site operations teams Care equally for mobile web, desktop web and tablet Champion learning through experimentation throughout the company, set lean success metrics, and scale our experimentation capabilities Be hands on - write user stories, create wireframes, analyze data, run A/B tests, and do anything else required to ship a high quality product or feature within defined time constraints Meet all controls requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launch Define product goals and metrics, identify and prioritize opportunities, lead through influence, collaborate and innovate. You're a PM. You understand the challenges. And you thrive on it.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

7 years of digital product management experience, preferably working with Adobe AEM and Target in a regulatory environment Ability to improve existing products as well as the ability to start from scratch Great product intuition, backed by a track record of successful outcomes Experience leading agile teams Ability to influence and execute in a highly-matrixed environment Exposure to marketing to Seniors (e.g. Medicare, AARP, etc.) a plus Passion for building differentiated digital experiences in the context of an evolving healthcare industry Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on; you persevere when others fall away Data is at your fingertips: you just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the leadership skills to execute complex initiatives that span multiple teams Non-Nerd Empathy: You pay attention to Bitcoin exchange rates and drone delivery services as much as the next nerd, but you also recognize that you're building for a non-techie audience You think building stuff is fun, you believe helping people achieve positive health outcomes is amazing, and you bring that passion to work every day

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
