What youll be doing...

The Digital Operations Sales Funnel Consultant will support & execute projects to drive conversion through the existing customer sales funnel. This consultant will be accountable to deliver results and KPI on transactions through the entire funnel. This person is sales focused, analytically driven, results oriented and has a solid understanding of digital user experience concepts. We are seeking a talented person who thrives at the intersection of sales, marketing and product. The ideal candidate will have a sales background and critical thinking skills.

Contribute & manage the sales funnels across the website from initial visit through order submission.

Work with various internal partners including design & UX to optimize the customer experience.

Contribute to marketing strategy, requirements, and technical specifications for flows and features within the sales funnel.

Collaborate with teams across the business to help prioritize, define and implement optimal customer experiences.

Analyze data, results and Voice-of-the-Customer feedback to identify future enhancement opportunities.

Manage small-medium sized projects that drive sales while creating a positive customer experience.

Advise on prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational resource load.

Proactively identify and assist in resolving issues or roadblocks that may impair the ability to meet strategic, financial and technical goals.

Leverage user testing results to course-correct or optimize.

Maintain a clear perspective on the sales roadmap while ensuring individual projects align to the bigger picture.

Work with digital analytics to define and optimize metrics and dashboards to measure sales flow engagement, orders and conversion rate.

Create, develop and communicate deliverables around strategy and status to be presented to senior management.

Must be passionate about emerging trends and stay on the leading edge of new technologies to create the best customer experience.

What were looking for...

Youll need to have:

Bachelors degree or four or more years of experience.

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Two or more years of experience in ecommerce merchandising and website management.

Even better if you have:

A degree.

One or more years of experience analyzing data, monitoring website performance for improvements, and ensuring business goals are being met.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills as demonstrated through taking an investigative approach to problem-solving and being solutions-oriented.

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.

Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Strategic thinking skills coupled with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

Ability to take products to market; from concept to implementation.

Strong interpersonal skills for working with multiple internal and external partners.

Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions.

Extremely detail oriented and have a passion for thoroughness and accuracy.

Ability to work well within a team environment.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

Proven ability to collaborate with core product teams on product strategies and create roadmaps.

Ability to analyze data, monitor campaigns for improvements, and ensure campaign goals are being met.

Ability to help influence change across multiple departments and conflicting priorities.

Ability to respond quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and timelines while launching quality products on time.
