Digital Merchandising Manager - Brand Advocate Program Lead

The Lead Digital Category Analyst will partner with Lowe'scross-functional teams to optimize the online customer experience to driverevenue, traffic, and conversion. The position will be responsible foranalyzing the online performance for assigned categories or subdivisions andfor identifying opportunities and driving plans for improvement in areas suchas product presentation, digital content, SEO, search, navigation and overallcustomer experience leading to increased market share and Lowes.com growth.This role will also be responsible for understanding customer behavior,translating and executing strategic plans and leading presentations to gainalignment on planned initiatives. The Digital Merchandising Manager will be theprimary point of contact for extended teams that align to their categories.

RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS

* Drives performance improvement plans on Lowe'sDigital platforms by formulating insights, recommendations and action steps toenhance online performance of assigned category or subdivision.

* Ability to lead a cross functional team ofindirect reports and influence without authority.

* Understand customer behavior and makeadjustments to the site and strategies to meet their expectations

* Be the subject matter expert for assigned categories.Learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and legal requirementsassociated with each category.

* Be the first point of contact for all internaland external business partners when support or troubleshooting is needed.

* Act as the Digital Liaison for enterprisepartners within the assigned categories and/or initiatives

* Has the ability to translate Enterprise Businessstrategies into actionable business requirements.

* Leads the execution of online strategies to meetset goals, and key performance indicators.

* Leads meetings and presentations to gainalignment on planned or proposed initiatives.

* Identify needs and consult on the creation andmaintenance of all assigned elements of the Lowe's Digital platforms. Thisincludes the creation and maintenance of category pages, landing pages, brandpages, product detail pages, etc. based on SEO metrics and customer experiencebest practices.

* Collaborate closely with the Core Merchandisingteam by provided clear and timely communications around progress, performance,and educate them on industry standards, site functionalities, and suggestimprovements that will drive sales, traffic, and conversion.

* Drive strategy and change based on customer andcompetitive insights, brand strategy, and ecommerce goals and initiatives whileimplementing, analyzing and reporting numerous concurrent eCommerce projects.

* Highly organized, analytical and detail orientedindividual who is comfortable making data driven decisions to execute onlinemerchandising strategies in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to solve difficult problemsthat span customer facing, strategy, and operations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years Online Retail Merchandising

OR 5 years Product Management experience

OR 5 years Site Experience/Category Management

OR 5 years Retail Merchandising/Marketing
