As theDigital Media Supervisor, you will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, & partners in the execution of digital marketing campaigns supporting brick & mortar and ecommerce, in areas including social, paid search/shopping, display, digital video, affiliate, remarketing, digital partnerships, mobile and all other paid digital mediums in support of the integrated digital marketing plan.

+ Responsible forthe day to day execution of digital marketing campaigns

+ Partnerwith the digital agency to implement, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve goals

+ Collaborate withBrand Marketing & Creative to ensure all creative content is aligned with Digital Marketing Strategy and delivered to agencies for execution

The Skills that will Make You Successful

+ Proficient with digital marketing platforms and analytical tools

+ Strong partner and relationship builder… you will need to influence and drive results

+ Comfortable analyzing data and results to inform decision-making

+ Strong presentation and written communication skills

+ Ability to operate and navigate a matrix environment

+ Agile and innovative thinker

+ Completed Bachelor’s degree

+ 3-5 years of relevant experience executing and measuring various forms of digital media

+ Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus but not required

+ Hunger for continuous learning in the digital, technology and loyalty spaces

Ready to be part of our team? Description:

+ Manage the execution of digital media campaigns across multiple channels & tactics

+ Monitor campaign pacing to ensure delivery against budgets

+ Partner with external agency to implement campaign optimizations

+ Collaborate with brand team in the creation of digital content plans that support business objectives as well as writing creative briefs

+ Act as digital media content best practice advisor, providing POV on best in class content formats, user experience, and linking strategies

+ Communicate digital media campaign details to partners and agencies 

+ Provide analysis on digital campaign performance & campaign recaps with key learnings and implications. 

+ Manage trafficking process for digital marketing campaigns to ensure all campaigns are tracked and measureable.

+ Review keyword lists and performs keyword campaign audits and competitive reviews

+ Use keyword research tools to share insights and analyze trends in support of paid and organic content

+ Build and manage shopping feeds across multiple platforms

+ Maintain a pulse on audience & media trends and assists in generation new test opportunities

+ Proactively research the competitive landscape, online trends and best practices and share with cross-functional teams
