The Service Designer Sr. (Social Media) will be responsible for supporting the enterprise wide strategic pillar of consumer engagement to improve consumer experience by designing content, monitoring and responding to the interactions on social channels, blog and paid media campaigns between the organization and the member by researching what drives member satisfaction, identifying and designing what future interaction should look like, prototyping the interaction and developing a business case for the initiative.

Work independently to conduct design research and define current and future state experiences for entire segments or entire consumer journeys.

Develop future state concepts and develop a business case for the initiatives.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing the social, blog and paid media strategy

• Conduct design research on competitors

• Facilitate workshops to design the future state

• Analyze and synthesize campaign result data and provide stakeholder updates.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Suite (PPT, Word, Excel) and salesforce marketing cloud/social studio.

Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Research, sense-making and pattern recognition skills.

Skilled at facilitation and leadership.

Experienced at both verbally and visually presenting insights, ideas and concepts.

Project planning experience required.

Requires a Masters in graphic/visual design or related, and 3-5 years of experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
