The Digital Marketing and Channels (DMC) organization is the group inside CRS that is driving this sea change and creating opportunities to take the Cards business to the next level. We are a B2B2C group that provides digital acquisition, servicing and marketing for all our retail credit products. DMC teams support the entire North America consumer and commercial Retail Services portfolio of 30 retail and fuels partners that include retailers like Macys, The Home Depot & Best Buy, among others. This position will be under Digital Marketing as part of the Digital Channel Management team whose mission is to support and manage the delivery of all digital marketing communication channels. We strive to flawlessly execute marketing campaigns and programs that support both business and partner goals while continuously looking for ways to enhance and optimize the process and methods in which we use to execute.  The Digital Onsite Channel Manager’s primary role will be the oversight and management of the online site marketing channel which is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of customer-facing marketing campaigns through the online best-in-class account servicing and acquisition platforms in support of partner marketing plans to drive card acquisition, customer engagement, and sales.

A successful Digital Marketing Onsite Ad Channel Manager will possess the following:

Primary Responsibilities & Focus

Responsible for oversight and management of the online site marketing team ensuring flawless digital execution and delivery of customer marketing campaigns and programs in support of partner and Digital marketing plans

Act as subject matter expert for all things campaign management and campaign execution. This includes understanding marketing team’s objectives & KPIs, Ad technology features and limitations, industry best practices and delivery troubleshooting.

Manage offer queue and priorities ensuring proper bandwidth and resource allocation to support demand which includes assisting team with the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns, including banners, overlays, links, etc., through the various partner branded online customer servicing sites as well as non-targeted banners on the online credit card application sites.

Utilize DoubleClick for Publisher (DFP) platform for ad management including campaign setup, execution, trafficking, monitoring and reporting

Partner and collaborate with different internal partner management teams to understand partner strategy and needs in order to educate program manages on channel capabilities, make solid recommendations and provide influence to optimize digital marketing programs

Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and controls to ensure adherence to all relevant corporate and business practices and policies and to mitigate potential operational and reputational risks

Maintain detailed channel documentation including procedures manuals, control documents, project requirements, campaign calendars and forms that are utilized for day-to-day campaign management as well as audit exercises

Develop, maintain and publish campaign and channel performance metrics analyzing results and making recommendations for campaign improvement and growth

Management of at minimum one Ad Trafficker','!*! 

Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Marketing, Digital Media or related field.

5 - 7 years of relevant digital marketing, digital media experience

Thorough understanding of ad serving concepts, familiarity with industry terms, and working knowledge of display platform like DoubleClick for Publisher (DFP) highly desired

Experience with digital ad trafficking, campaign management required

Customer-focused work ethic with high standard of service and quality control

Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail is crucial for success

Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Critical thinking and common sense are essential to success in this role.

Experience managing small team desired
