Job Duties and Responsibilities

We believe that by listening to and championing the consumer, we can transform our industry by delivering big ideas that make emotional connections and inspire movements.  The Digital Marketing Organization pushes itself every day to be a world-class, innovative, data driven team that develops, maintains and maximizes our relationships with key internal constituents, online agencies, digital ad networks and programming partners to drive business growth.
Job Description

Daily oversight of all Dish digital advertising creative
Prepare creative briefs and strategic direction for in-house creative agency and external partners as necessary
Work with junior leads and internal stakeholders to concept new campaign strategies
Partner closely with media and website teams for end-to-end consumer experience creation
Providing additional suggestions for continual improvement on overall campaign objectives
Manage the launch of new digital campaigns across a variety of channels as well as lines of business including but not limited to General Market, Latino and International
Partner across the marketing department, larger DISH organization and with external partners like ESPN, FOX, AMC, NFL, HBO, Google and others to drive digital campaigns, to ensure marketing campaigns are executed holistically to deliver significant market share growth
Develop quick-turn creative pieces for display, social, and landing pages

Skills - Experience and Requirements
Skills \u2013 Experience and Requirements

4 years of experience in digital marketing or agency creative role
Hands-on experience in Adobe creative suite & other design platforms  
Experience leading others in asset creation a strong plus
Passion for creating work driving to specific KPI\u2019s
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight time constraints
BS/BA in business, marketing, communications or related field
Relocation reimbursement eligible to both Denver areas locations

Company Profile:
Three people – Charlie Ergen, Candy Ergen and Jim DeFranco – were hauling an enormous C-band TV dish antenna via pickup truck to a customer in remote Colorado. In the early 1980s this was one of only two dish antennas owned by the developing new business. A powerful gust of wind whipped up, blowing the antenna off its trailer and into a roadside ditch. There goes half of the company. Summed up as a bad day in the infancy of DISH, the founding trio overcame this setback to build what is now a Fortune 250 company that employs thousands and serves millions throughout the nation – a seemingly unlikely future on that blustery day.
