The Digital

Marketing Coordinator will deploy digital and social marketing communications

in alignment with the strategic plan for the Chubb North America Major Accounts

division.  This role collaborates with

marketing communications team members and key business stakeholders to craft

and deploy engaging brand messaging and effective marketing campaigns through

digital and social channels.  This position will report to

the Vice President, North America Marketing Communications, Chubb Major

Accounts.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        

Provide

marketing and communications support and campaign coordination for Chubb Major

Accounts that spans across products, industries, and geographies (US and

Canada). 

·        

Represent the interests of the businesses through

support and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns with centralized

resources, including media/public relations, advertising, internal and external

communications, events, digital marketing experiences (website, social media,

e-marketing), surveys, video production and executive communications.

·        

Drive specific engaging digital experiences for campaigns through

the integrated delivery of Chubb’s digital assets, including websites, social

media, email marketing, virtual event presentation, sales enablement and

support applications, mobile applications, lead capture and management

processes, and marketing analytics and metrics services.

·        

Manage the coordination, composition, and delivery of online

marketing tools in support of campaigns in the following areas: email

marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and digital

advertising.

·        

Coordinate and manage third party relationships to enable

digital campaign support, expose broad insights and inform business decisions.

·        

Write

and edit the division’s day-to-day communications and marketing tactics,

including e-newsletters, web pages, messaging, collateral, and employee communication

in coordination with the Chubb North America Marketing Communications team

·        

Assist in the production of presentations, videos and audio

podcasts, and other related interactive assets, ensuring assets are ACE brand

compliant. This includes the development of content, scripts, and pre- and

post-production efforts.

Participate in

ongoing social media engagement and activities, including reviewing

recommendation tactics, contributing to strategy, and drafting copy for

dissemination via Twitter, LinkedIn, Chubb’s intranet, and social media

channels as appropriate.

·        

Schedule

regular meetings with internal stakeholders to help build consensus and move

projects forward

·        

Leverage

analytics to continuously measure the effectiveness of campaigns, sharing

results and learnings with internal stakeholders

·        

Provide

on-site support at events as needed

·        

Uphold

standards for quality production and service, remaining accountable for meeting

deadlines, and updating stakeholders on the progress of projects

·        

Work

constructively with teammates and stakeholders, performing as a valued partner

and collaborator to achieve shared goals

·        

Meet

regularly with team mates to share best practices, business developments,

updates, and upcoming events

 

Requirements, Skills & Attributes:

·             

Bachelor’s

Degree required; Communications or Marketing major preferred

·             

4

years of experience in marketing or communications; preferably focused on digital

marketing

·             

Insurance

or Financial Services industry experience preferred 

·             

Skilled in working with

communications and general software and platforms including

MS Office, Prezi, e-marketing

technology (Exact Target), social media applications, video, etc.

·             

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on execution and meeting

deadlines 

·             

Seeks new technologies, allowing for effective ways to engage and deliver critical messaging to

customers

·             

Excellent

oral and written communication, presentation, and project leadership skills

·             

Strong
