Join the Digital Content team at Hyatt! The Digital Content Editor will be responsible for content curation and development on hyatt.com. This individual will report to the Manager of Digital Content Strategy and globally support Hyatt hotels and resorts.

Develop unique, inspiring website content that engages and converts users across hyatt.com, including hotel product sites, landing page promotions and campaigns, special project sites, and more.

Research and execute new content strategies by leveraging competitive analysis, analytics, and user testing.

Advise on digital content strategy to internal teams, hotels, agencies, and more.

Act as stakeholder on ecommerce projects where consultation from the Content team is required, including requirements gathering sessions, functional, and technical design review.

Serve as liaison to internal teams to develop relationships, support corporate initiatives, and identify and maximize on emerging opportunities.

Collaborate with product development managers to create and migrate content for project launches and create plans for post-launch content management.

Perform user acceptance testing for new websites, enhancements to content management systems, and general maintenance.

Document functional processes and enhancements to systems.

Create and manage project plans and schedules.

Communicate with internal and external teams, clients, and vendors regarding project deliverables and details.

Assist with routine preparation of training for hotels, presentations, and other materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate and complement marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

4 years digital content experience, including proven SEO copywriting skills and experience with user-focused content creation for landing pages, site promos, and digital assets

4 years of project management experience

Strong command of English language, grammar skills, copyediting proficiency, and attention to detail

Experience with content management systems

Comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines, and shifting priorities as needed

Capable of using tools to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organization and team player skills cross-departmentally

Work effectively with peers, subordinates, and management with minimal direction

Strong desire to learn

Desired:

Experience with SEO tracking and reporting tools

Usability or conversion enhancement knowledge

Familiarity with current online trends and tools

Ability to understand database applications

Knowledge of programming languages, such as HTML

Ideal Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe Reports & Analytics (formerly Omniture)

Experience with Adobe Web Experience Management CMS

Experience managing agency partners
