The Digital Assets Specialist is primarily responsible for the

day-to-day transfer and archiving of all marketing assets for use across global

markets. The Digital Asset Specialist reports into the Digital Asset Manager. Key

requirements include strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to

detail and current experience with asset management tools.RESPONSIBILITIESOrganize and maintain large

libraries of Marketing digital assets including, but not limited to images,

mechanicals, print specs, fonts, video, audio and digital reference files.Timely fulfillment and

delivery of asset orders and inquiries to global business partnersDemonstrate understanding of usage rightsAssist with the creation of case

studies/user stories and reporting/user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify

and prioritize requirements and workflowBecome immersed in the Marketing environment

to gain a thorough understanding of timelines and project statusParticipate in the development and

maintenance of asset metadata models incorporating industry standards and Old

Navy Marketing’s unique requirementsCollaborate with cross functional partners

to obtain correct metadata from multiple sourcesClearly present products of work and reporting

to Digital Asset ManagerProvide excellent service and support to

those using Old Navy Marketing’s DAMREQUIRED SKILLSOrganize and maintain large

','!*!EXPERIENCE Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a production

environment1-2 years asset management experienceExperience working directly with business partnersLibrary

Science, Photography background, or College degree preferred
