Job ID: R-01642Position Overview:To continue to operate as a best in class marketing based business, IT and marketing must be nimble and flexible. The IT delivery and support model must evolve to match the entrepreneurial pace of leading marketers. To meet client needs in a more agile and accountable way, Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) IT is transitioning to a Dev-Ops delivery and support model. Part of this transition is providing the marketing groups additional technical resources that can understand the business and then design, deliver and operate solutions to problems the business faces. This position of Dev-Ops Architect for CCNA consumer centric brand marketing websites and API services supporting said websites, like mobile apps and other various endpoints, will report to the CCNA IT Director of Consumer Digital Marketing, and supports the CCNA Marketing Digital Platforms team, who in turn supports internal CCNA brand teams and CCNA retailer teams. The role has responsibility for end-to-end technical design, development and operations of all capabilities supporting the website platform, and will work most closely with IT Leadership, IT Product Owners, IT Scrum Masters, vendor/contractor developers/architects/engineers and Coca-Cola Enterprise Architecture to make magic. This role will unlock digital experiences and develop a scaling web platform by using the AGILE project methodology, AWS cloud based infrastructure and services, Continuous Integration/Continuous Development, best-in-class SaaS services/platforms, as well as cutting edge new technology like machine learning.  Job scope: Accountable for end-to-end technical architecture design, development and operations of all consumer centric brand marketing web site capabilities and API services supporting those websites. API services also support mobile apps and other various endpoints.Work hand-in-hand with IT Leadership, IT Product Owners, IT Scrum Masters, vendor/contractor developers/architects/engineers, and various other marketing and IT resources to create technical designs, build out capabilities and run those capabilities.Design capabilities to be fast, stable, secure, lowest run-rate cost and able to handle potentially large load increases. Reuse existing vendors and services where appropriate.Drive problem solving and on-time delivery, constantly knocking down technical road blocks.Guide a highly functioning technical team though the team is comprised of various systems, agencies and vendors, of various disciplines, located in various places around the United States and the world. This includes managing SaaS provider's personnel, Coca-Cola employees, integrators and contractors.Work collaboratively with Global IT teams such as Enterprise Architecture, CMS Platform, Security, Privacy, Procurement, Legal and Finance to gain approval for new vendors and capabilities, and promote those capabilities to production.Drive Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), automated unit/functional/performance testing and monitoring.Continuously improve the technical processes and tools used to deliver ongoing solutionsPropose and develop proof of concepts with new technologies that could result in differentiating capabilities for digital marketing.\r
Requirements: Very strong functional skills with 7 years of IT development and architecture experience, 2 years in digital marketing space, preferably 3 years of AGILE experienceIn-depth knowledge of marketing business models and systems used for: authentication, content management/delivery, site tagging, precision marketing, email/SMS marketing communications and contest/reward deliveryProven experience in integration of highly complex systems and working with disparate non-co-located vendor teams to deliver those systemsAbility to translate user requirements into technical solutions that drive up differentiation and quality of digital marketingUnderstanding of best practices and prioritization trade-offs, with the ability to communicate prioritization choices in business termsSuccessful track record of delivering strategic solutions in multi-matrixed, large organizationsExcellent communication, presentation & leadership skillsStrong negotiation skillsStrong customer focus and push for value & improvementSelf-motivated and self-managed\r

Functional/Technical Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred7 years developing and designing large scale digital products or digital programs, 5 years in consumer technology or digital marketing systems. Experience in Dev-Ops delivery and support models, as well as iterative software delivery methodologies like AGILE and SCRUMWorking knowledge of associated platforms and technologies, especially Amazon Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture, and including CMS systems like Adobe Experience Manager, authentication providers like Janrain, Consumer Databases, email providers like SilverPop, targeting systems such as Unica, tagging solutions such as Google Tag Manager and JIRA.\r
