Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) is seeking a Delivery Order (DO) Lead to join our team in support of the U.S. Air Force North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITA/AA) Sustained Support Contract (NISSC). NISSC provides accurate, timely, and unambiguous warning and attack assessment of Air, Missile, and Space threats with daily visibility of National Command Authority leaders including the President of the United States. NCMC-ITW/AA is composed of Air, Missile, and Space Warning Missions located at Cheyenne Mountain AFS, Peterson AFB, Offutt AFB, Vandenberg AFB, and forward user and sensor sites worldwide.

Domestic and international travel may be required

The successful candidate will serve as a DO Lead for the NISSC program, with execution oversight of delivery order(s). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Leading DO proposal development

- Developing DO plans and cost estimates

- Contributing to risk and opportunity management

- Development and presentation of DO Monthly Reviews

- Control Account Management (CAM)

Clearance Requirements : Secret (clearable to TS/SCI)

Location : Colorado Springs, CO

Required Skills:

Bachelor degree and at least 8 years related experience

Technical leadership experience

Experience working in a multi-discipline environment

Experience as a CAM

Experience with Earned Value Management and the ability to become certified

Knowledge of systems engineering roles and functions, including operations concept development, requirements management, functional analysis, interface definition and control, synthesis, and/or verification and validation

Understanding of Hardware, Infrastructure and Security Engineering

Ability to detail plan, track and monitor execute systems engineering and software development lifecycle activities

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders in a professional and diplomatic manner

Experience in requirements development/derivation/management

Must be able to travel

Secret Clearance to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Desired Skills:

Experience working with USAF customers

Experience in NORAD/NORTHCOM ITW/AA development and/or operations

Previous experience with CCIC2S and/or other ISC2 systems

Previous experience with missile warning and/or missile defense

Previous experience with Space Situational Awareness (SSA) systems such as SPADOC

Previous experience with ITW/AA testing and certification

Experience in command, control and communications, security engineering, and/or network architecture

Understanding of iterative custom software development lifecycle models

Experience in using tools and metrics in managing activities

Experience with conducting trade studies

Qualified Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent

Required Education (including Major):

Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or related field
