The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop data management policy and procedures. The Analyst will develop business requirements and gap analysis to support Data Science and other internal customers data needs. The analyst will be responsible for identifying or documenting internal and external data sources, procuring and manipulating data elements.What you will be accountable for          Ensure a proper understanding of the business problems, identify data relationships and leverage data related best practices.Analyze data to understand data quality issues and apply integrative thinking to identify potential business implications and recommend solutions to ensure data integrity.Collaborate with technology and business leadership to establish engagement and ownership of business definitions, rules and conceptual data blueprints.Create data artifacts including everything from defining quality requirements to the conceptual and physical data models, ETL process, and data views.What you will need to be successfulBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Mathematics with 3 years of professional experience required or Advanced degree preferred.Strong written, verbal, and visual communications skills required.Strong understanding of business process, data management, data flows, data relationships, data quality standards, and processes.Proficiency with data analytic tools such as R, SAS, SQL and Tableau required.Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation.Must be results driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency with SQLKnowledge of program management concepts and project management is a plus.Ability to serve as a liaison between IT and various business units.Team-first orientation: must thrive in collaborative, team-based work environment.Passion for creating new products that drive significant value for our clients.Intellectual curiosity and creativity: thrives in developing new ideas and identifying growth opportunitiesHealthcare experience is a plus.About naviHealthNaviHealth is a pioneer in care transitions with a combined unprecedented 16 years of experience that uniquely positions us to manage and share risk with our partners.  As a Cardinal Health company, we provide clinical support alongside scaled technology and advisory solutions that empower health systems, health plans, and post-acute providers to navigate care episodes across the continuum, with the goal of reducing waste and improving patient outcomesnaviHealth ValuesOur first priority is those we serve.We care about each other.We serve our communities.We embrace innovation.We like simple.naviHealth is proud to be an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
