Who is Georgia-Pacific?Watch to find out!\r\rThe MDM Governance and Process Specialist, as a member of the Procurement Master Data Management team is responsible for maintaining and updating documentation of the processes, procedures and data governance protocol associated with GP’s supplier, material and pricing master data; auditing of supplier records relative to internal financial controls; and MDM system user administration. The position will report to the Master Data Management Manager, and will interact with all levels of personnel in strategic sourcing and procurement, cross-functional capability teams including IT and AP Governance, and with GP’s outsourced provider(s) for MDM transactions.\r \rA Day In The Life Typically Includes:\r \rInterpret, document and update the processes and procedures used by the MDM team, its outsourced provider(s) and users.  \rCollaborate with the Procurement Operations personnel responsible for related upstream and downstream purchase-to-pay processes to ensure consistency and clarity.
