Thomson Reuter’s Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team is looking for an experienced project manager to provide oversight and discipline for a broad range of efforts that include Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Defense, and Threat Hunting. The ideal candidate will possess the right demeanor, skillset and experience to operate in the fast-paced and dynamic world of Cybersecurity.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage all facets of a project’s planning and implementation including, but not limited to; project schedule, scope, risks, budget, resource requirements, and project communications;

Identify key project risks and dependencies, and coordinate the inclusion and management of the dependencies in a project strategy and schedule;

Provide comprehensive project management oversight by liaising with business stakeholders, technology support, and senior management to ensure that a project achieves the defined business requirements;

Develop and track metrics for the project development and on-going operations;

Ensure collaboration between stakeholder cyber teams including, but not limited to; Enterprise Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Threat Hunting and Technology Platforms;

Manage customer engagement process for RFIs to ensure consistent product delivery, communications, and value delivery;

Provide visibility into team focus and supports the prioritization of work;

Support senior leadership communications on program roadmap, delivery, and strategy

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Program Management or Business Operations or equivalent experience

3 years of project management experience.

Experience with project plan development and management, scheduling methodology, waterfall and agile methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting

Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills

Strong critical thinking and group facilitation skills, specifically in large or complex problem settings

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

Must be a strong cross-functional team player with ability to manage and coach others in a matrix structure, across time zone and national boundaries

Experience in the Cybersecurity operations domain preferred
