In this role you will be integral in planning and delivering cyber-safe solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and regulatory agencies. As part of the Cyber Security team, you will join a group of high talent individuals ensuring our cutting edge technology is developed with Security built in. Responsible for project leadership, cost and scope control, schedule, milestones, customer and PM interfaces. Will mentor others in the application of project scheduling, budget, risk, communication, and earned value principles and tools. Works with support groups to identify and execute improvement activities to reduce cost and cycle time. The selected individual will participate in planning and controlling the security work products throughout the development lifecycle. Provide project coordination of security tasks and work products with software engineering development teams Develop work package structure, leads creation of cost, integrated schedules and security milestones Primary decision maker for cost and schedule Create and present program reviews and other presentations as required Responsible for monthly program tracking and status reporting Responsible for establishing and meeting program scope, cost, and schedule Ensure product satisfies security requirements and customer expectations Act as a liaison between customers, engineering, and other non-engineering functional groups such as product integrity, quality, systems engineering, etc. Mentors and coaches junior project engineers. Implements project-related communication plans and operating systems Support process improvement YOU MUST HAVE BS degree in Engineering or Technical Management 3 years project management experience 3 years hands on experience working with Microsoft Project and other MS Office software WE VALUE PMP Certification Understanding of CMMI models Understanding of Honeywell project management methodologies, processes, and practices such as IPDS, SAP, HMR, MAT, etc. Familiar with Security standards such as NIST, DO-326A, and BSIMM Knowledge of software standards and project management tools Proactive in meeting program cost, schedule, and product performance Ability to work in a changing environment Capable in team building and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge in cost and schedule analysis and reporting Good presentation skills and ability to work directly with technical and non-technical personnel Ability to anticipate, identify, and take action on potential issues and problems Ability to drive customer satisfaction by meeting commitments Self-starter, biased for action, and results oriented Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
