Beautiful State of the Art Call Center Now Hiring!Take inbound calls for gift card activation's or issues. 2 years call center experience required. Background and credit checks conducted . 3 weeks of training - cannot miss a day. Training classes are 11-8 or - Must be able to use computer - navigating through tabs and using notepad - no papers allowed. This is considered seasonal position but other opportunities may arise as they add another account for the right candidate. Also will be looking for QA/Supervisors as they expand operations in 2018. Peak Season starts in November - busiest nights /day is Christmas Eve/Day - no time off allowed on these days. Will be handling 60-70 calls per shift- Allotted time for break - 2 15 minute breaks and 1 hour lunch - break room with microwaves and refrigerator.
