TitleCustomer Service Manager - Healthcare Call CenterPosition Summary Coram/CVS Health is looking for a dynamic individual with call center leadership experience for our Customer Service Manager role in MacHesney Park, IL.  As the Customer Service Manager you will lead a team of around 20 employees supporting patients who require a feeding tube for their nutritional needs. This is an order processing center with high call volume.   In this role, you will lead Customer Service Representatives with the following tasks: new patient intake and order processing, change order processing, refill orders, and general customer service. You will be responsible for driving and maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service while managing costs and increasing productivity. Coram/CVS Health is looking for an individual who leads by example while building a high quality customer focused team. You will be expected to develop your team through coaching and mentoring managers and supervisors.  Additional responsibilities:   *  Perform quality control checks on patient accounts to determine if all required documentation is correct and on file.     *  Maintain open and ongoing communication with departments and branch offices.     *  Manage various reports for tracking purposes, including budgeting.    *  Improve and maintain employee morale.     *  Develop corrective action to resolve deficiencies and/or improve results.    *  Responsible for hiring, coaching and conducting performance management reviews to ensure team benchmarks are achieved.         Become part of the Coram/CVS Health family by joining a growing sector of the healthcare industry, offering a rewarding career and opportunity for advancement.
