Job Description
Insurance – Customer Service Agent\r \rFull-time position in Fort Wayne for an individual who possesses good people and organizational skills. Applicant should be pleasant, able to work well with others or fly solo when necessary. Time management and multi-tasking skills are essential.\r\r\rExperience, along with Property and Casualty License preferred, but not required. Agency will assist the right candidate with licensing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office desired. Duties will include answering multi-line telephone system, greeting clients, processing payments, data entry, correspondence, filing, processing policy changes, quoting and issuing new business, etc. Social Media and/or advertising experience a plus.\r\r\rAgency deals primarily with Personal Lines, but Commercial experience and/or a Life and Health license would be beneficial. Paid continuing education, paid holiday, vacation, sick, and personal time.
