The Retirement Solutions Division is one of Pacific Life’s core business units, which focuses on providing clients with solutions that help them grow and protect their retirement savings through a spectrum of annuity and mutual fund products.  The division is currently looking for dynamic talented Annuity Specialists to join our award-winning Operations department.  Our employees are among the most valuable resources to our clients, and are recognized industry-wide for the World Class Service they provide.\r

We pride ourselves on the outstanding and award-winning customer service we provide to our callers, every day and on every call.  Our Annuity Specialists undergo extensive hands-on and classroom based training to become Series 6 licensed and master every aspect of our products and services to field incoming calls from contract owners, Registered Representatives, Broker Dealers, and internal clients.  In this position, you will be asked to dive in and deliver an excellent customer experience in the following ways:\r
\tEducate callers on our Annuity products \r
\tComprehend increasingly complex products, features, options, and customer inquiries – including commissions, IRA transfers and rollovers, death benefits, taxation, and investment fund options \r
\tUtilize multiple department systems to provide accurate information\r
\tFollow department policies and procedures to process customer requests accurately\r
\tMaintain a positive and professional demeanor\r
\tMeet or exceed quality and efficiency goals\r
During you initial 18 months to 2 years, our Annuity Specialists learn many aspects of our business and acquire a strong foundation of knowledge and experience in the financial service industry.  Our experienced Annuity Specialists have the potential to move into the following areas:\r

\tProduct Design\r
\tBusiness Solutions Development\r
\tResearch and Analysis\r

\tFINRA Series 6 or 7, or must pass Series 6 within twelve weeks of hire date\r
