Manager, under the direction of the Marketing Director, is responsible for

leading key initiatives to drive the growth of Keurig Green Mountain’s (Keurig’s)

US Hot Appliance business and fulfill the business’ strategic direction with

high attention to concept to market execution. In this

role, you will craft programs that deliver against the objectives of the US Hot

Appliance strategic imperatives; take on a key ownership role as part of new

product development core cross functional teams; and provide product/marketing

leadership on cross-category business initiatives.  SUPERVISORY

RESPONSIBILITIES: None  What you will do: Build

programs that ensure that all core product line initiatives and new product

development programs meet consumers’ needs, maximize retail customer potential

and drive Keurig system adoptionAct as a leader

within the “hub of the wheel”, running the cross-functional teams that execute

new programs, launch products with excellence and track ongoing business


& deliver business rationale to cross-functional team members and

leadership in order to gain alignment and drive projects forward Build out

strategic recommendations, earn consensus, and provide direction to cross

functional program partners, and leaders both internally and externallyPresent strategic recommendations to senior managementBrief

internal and external creative teams to develop rich product tool kits for

customer level activationPlay an

integral role in the development of the US Hot Appliance product roadmap,

portfolio strategy and innovation planCommunicate

lessons learned and share best practices across teams in post mortem analysisDeliver

internal presentations and external trade communicationsEngage in

written and speaking opportunities with varying levels of audience types and

meeting formatsLeverage

relationships with the functional areas of demand planning, supply planning,

and logistics executionDevelop new

relationships and on the job learning experiences working alongside Innovation,

Product Management, Beverage & Partner team colleagues Act as a

strong role model for peers and more junior marketing colleagues','!*!What you must have:Bachelor’s

in Business Administration, Marketing required; MBA requiredMinimum 7

years of experience in brand/product management, marketing, sales or related

field with BA, minimum 5 years of experience with MBAExperience

within consumer packaged goods and / or beverage related industries preferredStrong analytical

skills with experience in market research and data analysisDemonstrated success introducing products to consumer/commercial

marketAbility to lead cross functional teamsHighly collaborative

mindset; experienced at working cross-functionally to drive resultsAbility to

act as a positive, self-motivated leader who can inspire others to rise to new

challengesAbility to manage highly complex projects with strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of


adaptability; Ability to be energized by rapid change and ambiguityGood judgment, understanding when to involve others in the

decision-making processExcellent communication skills, written and oral, with all levels

of the organization and externally with partnersStrong

organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure

tight deadlines are met both internally and externallyExperience

building and delivering compelling presentations to multiple audience levels,

including senior leadership and retail customersAbility to

travel 10-15% of time
