Position Summary: 

The Customer Journey Business Consultant is responsible for scoping, planning, leading, and delivering customer implementation engagements throughout the whole services life cycle. Skilled in the development and documentation of best practices and methodology related to the implementation, and client use of the CIM and RTIM Applications, as well as Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing strategies. Acts as a senior consultant and advisor in solving a customer’s business challenges and creating successful business solutions relating to the use of CIM, and RTIM Marketing Solutions. Proficient and experienced in the use of data and analytics to deliver value to the customer’s business through leveraging deep experience and knowledge of Customer Journey, and Teradata Applications.

Key responsibilities:

Lead or co-lead in the design, build, release and deployment procedures related to implementation.

Lead or participate in requirements gathering and design for ongoing development projects.

Deep hands-on expertise in the following areas within customer journey and digital transformation topic: ­ - Digital strategy ­ - Digital analytics ­ - Real-time marketing & customer experience ­ - Customer Interaction Manager

Hands on, proven experience in developing marketing campaigns leveraging the CIM and RTIM business solutions, and related consulting services.

Develop and maintain reporting solutions for large applications. Perform problem and issue assessment, and manage to resolution. Provide documentation.

Coordinate and perform data quality validation on new and existing reports. ','!*!Key Attributes:

Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.

Able to support and/or work with QA teams on data/database/meta-data issues.

10 years of experience in providing client software implementation, and related services.
