Our supervisors are responsible for supervising the daily activities of a team of 15-20 employees dealing with complex and ambiguous customer issues that have been escalated to our executive team. The supervisor must be comfortable working in ambiguity. The right candidate will be a strong coach, comfortable developing team members, creating a culture that fuels continuous employee engagement and career development. The supervisor is responsible for driving an improved customer experience, improving efficiency and effectiveness to help scale costs and drive growth, encouraging insight sharing and innovation to enhance the customer experience and business processes holistically. The ability to motivate, recognize and drive team members toward individual performance goals will make the supervisor and team stronger. The work, of the agents you will lead, happens across a variety of different channels including; Phone, Social Media, Email, Chat, Correspondence or Administrative. Key Responsibilities:
Coach team with a focus on employee\u2019s growth and development
Create and Maintain a positive team culture
Consistently available for team members to assist in solving complex customer concerns
Effective communication and information sharing to ensure consistent roll-out of policies and processes
Manager performance including all aspects of recognition, the annual HR performance process, and any disciplinary actions.
Basic Qualifications1 or more years\u2019 experience coaching and/or developing peoplePreferred Qualifications
3 or more years supervising or managing teams of 10 or more people
Experience working with escalated customer concerns
1 or more years of experience with Lucent/Avaya phone technology or Call Management System (CMS)
1 or more years of experience with CRM tools and/or WFM tools (such as Aspect)
1 or more years of experience with Social Media tools
