Pay Rate: \u00a0$15.00\u00a0per hour\r
Shift:\u00a0 8:30am-5:00pm\r
Duration:\u00a0 3 months (possible extension or temp-hire)\r

\tHandles 80 inbound calls per day.\u00a0 Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims\r
\tAnalyzes problems and provides information/solutions\r
\tOperates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the databases\r
\tThoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis\r
\tDevelops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner\r
\tResearches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues\r
\tHigh school diploma or GED\r
\tCall center/customer service experience preferred.\u00a0 Insurance/medical background is a plus\r
\tProven attendance record is required\r
\tProficient computer skills with ability to utilize multiple screens/databases at once\r
\tMultitasking, analytical thinking, verbal communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills required\r
