Position Purpose: Support and assist the Credentialing function.

Monitor the queue, triage, and track incoming requests from various providers

Generate letters to providers following departmental guidelines

Provide customer service and assist in responding to internal and external customer inquiries regarding credentialing status

Provide various administrative support to the Credentialing function

Run reports for Credentialing Committee meetings. Scrub credentialing data into electronic database

Responsible for recredentialing correspondence. Research and review Council for Affordable Healthcare Quality document the status of practitioners due for recredentialing, and relay information to the recredentialing team

Create and maintain provider rosters

Responsible for CRM submissions to the health plans


Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of data entry experience.
