Open Position: Creative Project Manager

Oracle’s Brand Creative team is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join us in our San Francisco Bay Area studios. The Creative Project Manager is responsible for guiding the process between internal requesters and our design and production teams from kickoff to completion. As the first touch point for project intake, you’ll clarify all requirements, collect all necessary details and information, request team assignments, and schedule and manage the departmental workflow to ensure final projects are delivered successfully and on time.Primary responsibilities include:

·         Create and manage the timeline of all projects from intake through delivery

·         Vet all project requests and initiate, redirect, or cancel as needed

·         Create and maintain digital project work spaces for briefs, schedules, reference material, artwork, and specifications

·         Gather all required information and form a complete understanding of each project before requesting resources

·         Manage vendor relationships on outsourced projects; ensure vendor is current on branding guidelines and project details

·         Monitor the flow of work through the department to ensure timely deliveries

·         Effectively prioritize work schedules and maintain updated Project Status reports

·         Act as liaison and resource between the project stakeholders and creative team

·         Manage creative production process between design, production, and vendors

·         Route creative proposals, designs, and proofs for review, approval, and final release

·         Schedule handoff to production and ensure project milestones are met

·         Deliver project files and assets to responsible parties for archiving

Required skills:

·         Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be forward thinking

·         Proven effectiveness when working under pressure

·         Communicates effectively one-on-one and in a group setting

·         Works skillfully with people across a wide variety of roles and personalities

·         Able to interact professionally and efficiently with executive-level stakeholders

·         Successfully prioritizes and manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

·         Demonstrated understanding of creative workflows

Required experience:

·         4 Years Project or Traffic Management experience

·         College degree or equivalent experience
