Description:

Works in the Corporate Travel Expense Services group within Payment Services and reports to the Director. Provides support for the Concur Expense Reimbursement platform & Corporate Travel and Procurement Card programs for all US, Canada and Corporate Lines of Business with global expansion to Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Supports all levels of Aramark employees & management regarding issues of compliance with the Global Travel & Expense and Purchase Card policies. Responsible for analyzing expense data and trends to identify deficiencies, monitoring program controls, online system administration, auditing compliance with policies & ongoing integrity of corporate card programs.

Maintains relationship with vendor bank support team. Provides direction to employees on proper usage of Concur and Corporate Cards. Provides timely resolution of employee inquiries.

Supports the Corporate Travel & Procurement Card Programs for North America - US & Canada

Supports the Expense Reporting platform for the North America business and global expansions

Monitors compliance with Aramark’s Global T&E Policy, corporate card, and expense reporting policies and procedures

Manages unprocessed expense transactions for the North America business and global expansions

Analyses corporate card account delinquencies and manages escalations to resolve

Provides guidance to employees on proper expense & corporate card policies and procedures

Communicate to all levels of employees & management regarding issues of compliance with the Global Travel & Expense and Procurement Card policies

Escalates policy concerns and violations to employees and management as necessary

Recovers funds owing Aramark and corporate card providers for reporting exceptions

Monitor payroll reports for employee cardholder transfers and terminations

Cancels and reconciles card accounts for terminated employees and manages work-out for remaining expenses and balances

Reviews and approves corporate card enrollments for employees using online vendor bank card management system

Manages card account limits, authorization declines and payment issues

Perform required maintenance for accounting code and hierarchy changes

Monitor daily, weekly, monthly card account reports

Provides tier 2 support for expense reimbursement and corporate card support ticket escalations

System administration for vendor banks online card management systems

Liaison for cardholders, Contact Center and card vendor support team

Analyzes expense data & trends to identify deficiencies & opportunities

Audits compliance with policies & ongoing integrity of corporate card programs

Generates management reports & provides program data as needed

Participates in special projects as required

Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of credit/debit card products, travel & expense processing or auditing operation

Ability to work within deadlines, multi-tasking and under pressur

Knowledge of Oracle or proficient in other financial software

Strong knowledge in the use of MICRSOFT suite (e.g. Access, Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word

Strong oral and written communication skil

Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skillTeam player and “plays to win
