Prepares and examines contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, etc. Must be a graduate of an accredited law school with 4 or more years of experience as a practicing attorney (either in-house or law firm). Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the legal field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under supervision of a senior attorney. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Job Description

Help stores with consumer complaints
Review and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
Aid Franchise Department in M&A and dealer licensing
Travel, attend mediations and arbitrations as Company representative
Other duties as assigned
Meet and exceed individual objectives as defined by supervisor
Adhere to schedules and deadlines
Thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness in completing essential duties

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
Four-Year College degree required
Sufficient experience in automotive / digital technology to be regarded as a credible expert.
5-7 years management experience effectively leading team members.

 Lithia Minimum Hiring Requirements
Four-Year College Degree from an accredited institution.
18 years or older
Possess a driver’s license in your state of residence
Pass a motor vehicle report
Pass a 7-year criminal background check
