Key Responsibilities:

Support Account Executive in day to day operations, execute & manage partner promotions, reporting and supporting materials.

Liaise with partners and relevant Marketing teams to execute advertising and promotions via email, web, print, face-to-face, and other channels

Manage and update promotions calendar and ensure internal/ external deadlines are met

Review, test and update all product/ program information on HA web

Work with partner/ operational teams to ensure consistent delivery of products/ programs and improve quality

Answer customer/ employee questions and resolve customer issues

Process partner/ product payments/ redemptions and reporting, as needed

Identify manual processes that can be automated or simplified, and proactively develop and recommend solutions

Research and benchmark competitive programs and identify opportunities

Support or lead specific product/ program initiatives and budget/ accounting

Support development of new products and revenue enhancement initiatives

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education

Two years of professional experience

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, internet applications, and working knowledge of Photoshop

Analytical and investigative skills for research and evaluating data

Ability to communicate effectively and positively with customers, partners and other departments

Ability to speak persuasively and present proposals/ideas to groups of people

Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and duties

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to make decisions for the betterment of the department and company

Ability to work collaboratively with customers, partners and all levels of employees

Preferred Qualifications:

Front-line customer service, retail or operations experience

Experience in the airline or travel industry and/or marketing

Foreign language skills / experience living in HA’s international markets
