Responsibilities:

Coordinator position will be utilized by the lease administration department for document management and delivery, distribution of real estate mail, identification of default notices and other critical lease notices. Assists the lease administration department with maintaining the integrity of the lease database designed to facilitate programs dependent on lease data and associated documentation. Partners with various departments to validate both financial and non-financial lease data including reconciliation of the real estate sub-ledger to the financial systems.

Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 1 year experience in related field

Experience in Real Estate, Property Management or Lease Administration environment, Finance or Accounting background

Other Information:

Working knowledge of retail leases, contracts, CCR, REA, shopping center practices

Working knowledge of database applications and reporting tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic finance and accounting skills

Good organizational skills
