Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business support staff

- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors

- Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager

- Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised

- Applies management skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objectives within own unit

- Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational problems

- Is accountable for the performance of a team

- Makes decisions guided by policies, procedures and own business plan that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of

own unit and other units with interrelated processes

- Performs work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in

initiatives, program, or products with low visibility

- Ensures actions protect company image and limits risks

- Actions impacting company image require management oversight and are constrained by policies


Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2-3 years directly relevant work experience

- Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law 1 yr; Masters 0-3yrs; Associates degree 1-3

yrs; High School 3-5 yrs

- 4 years Customer Service/Logistics/Operational experience

- Ability to build, coach and monitor a team

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Strong command of English language. Verbal and written communication skills required

- Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel, Power Point

- Inside Operations: May be required to perform a wide variety of physical tasks which are generally basic, repetitive, and

routine in nature. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, in addition to having to walk, stoop,

kneel, crouch, push, or pull. May be frequently required to reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle,

or feel small and medium sized components while operating machinery and exerting force or lift up to 50 pounds. May be

called upon to perform physical and quality checks requiring sufficient visual acuity to identify quality flaws and distinguish

colors on small components. May be required to work with toxic or caustic chemicals, and be exposed to fumes or

airborne particles. May be required to work with or near large machinery and moving mechanical parts so they may be

subject to higher noise levels, vibration, and there may be a risk of electrical shock. Additional physical requirements for

this job may be available from facility HR.
