Contract Administrator – Atlanta, GA or Virtualv  Effectively collaborate with account management, facility, and finance teams to deliver desired outcomesv  Collaborate with suppliers and Jones Lang LaSalle internal teams to identify cost savings opportunities.v  Ensure compliance to Jones Lang LaSalle Strategic Sourcing standards and contract management requirements.This role is primarily responsible to ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio to JLL and/or client requirements along with supporting the Sourcing team in RFPs and analytical review of proposals.Responsibilities:Support Supply Chainv  Closely support the client and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Project Management and Facility Management to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.v  Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.Contract Administration & Risk Managementv  Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.v  Responsible for data integrity of electronic contract database and physical contract files.  Oversee maintenance and enhancement of central contract database.v  Oversee and/or administer and maintain supplier files, certificates of insurance, contracts, amendments, letters and other documents as needed.v  Ensure all paper and electronic supplier records in accordance with applicable sourcing policies and procedures.v  Process contract documents, supplier set up requests, etc. in a timely manner.v  Management of the Certificate of Insurance tracking and compliance program.v  Maintain supplier information in all applicable databases.v  Coordinate and communicate to all as applicable regarding contract docs and supplier information.v  Process all contracting requests in a timely manner.v  Manage all contact documentation to insure 100% compliance.v  Lead contract documents audit on a routine basis.  Correct areas that do not meet standards. Sourcing Initiative Vertical & Account Levelv  Assist Sourcing in the RFI/RFP bid process for selected sourcing initiatives.v  Provide detailed instructions and follow-up to support the operation and standardize RFP/bid and contract processes.v  Assist and support Sourcing with the development and maintenance of spend and/or data reports.v  Management of the supplier diversity database including regular reporting as necessary.v  Analyze price proposals, financial reports and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities.Qualifications  v  Bachelor's degree in Business/Purchasing/Supply Chain preferred with 1-3 years in similar role and function  v  Effective Inter-personal skills and organization skills; strong analytical ability  v  Solid communication skills – oral and written v  Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications, especially MS Excel.  JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce, and strongly believes in equal opportunity extended to all individuals in all aspects of the employment relationship.
