content initiatives (including content categorization and structure, content

development, distribution and measurement), to ensure relevant customer

engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience, with a strong

connection to Cat’s enterprise social media efforts.




for all Caterpillar enterprise content marketing initiatives intended to drive

traffic, engagement and leads, that ultimately deliver sales and customer


across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy

and editorial plan to me the business objectives.Development

of editorial governance so content is consistent with brand voice, style and


working relationships across various enterprise and dealer groups, in

particular, business units, Corporate Public Affairs, Global Brand campaign

team, sponsorship team and digital CX team.Develops

and manages editorial calendar and organization workflowsChannel

management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels.  Measurement

and optimization of the program on a regular and ongoing basis.Management

of all content and social media resources, including designers, writers and

other agency personnel.Integration

of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand advocacy and desired


enterprise content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing


small team of content developers, responsible for creating and publishing

engaging content.Edit,

proofread and improve writers’ postsUse

content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement


content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase

web traffic.Ensure

legal compliance (e.g. copyright and data protection)Stay

media performance.Strong SEO understandingExperience with wordpress, Google Analytics,

Slideshare and top social channelsExperience with various social media listening and

analytics toolsProject management skills and understanding how to

manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and

focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales.Excellent

interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues,
