Job Description: Responsible for the technical design, development, deployment, and maintenance of customer experiences for editorial and publishing activities at Microsoft. Develop code for engagement experiences and applications across devices and screens for Xbox. Drive the entire technical production of an Xbox experience from concept through launch across the Xbox ecosystem. Utilize technical interactive design skills and best practices in designing experiences for the Xbox audience worldwide. Responsible for interaction design, rapid prototyping, UI/UX development and strong planning and project management skills. Collaborate with interactive visual designers and developers to launch engagement campaigns, experiences and applications. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics or related field of education. Experience: Two (2) years of experience in the technical design and development of customer-facing applications and experiences for multiple platforms and environments in all development aspects of interaction design from pre-production through to launch. *In lieu of a Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent, employer will accept two (2) additional years of experience in the technical design and development of customer-facing applications and experiences for multiple platforms and environments in all development aspects of interaction design from pre-production through to launch. Education or experience in: Coordinating program development of computer software applications/systems/services from design through product release; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; Web Apps; Content Management; XML and/or JSON; Unit Testing; and C#.
