At Lilly, the Regional Therapeutic Consultant is a customer-facing role with two main goals. First, accelerate Lartruvo growth through a dedicated team and focused promotion. Second, explore the best customer-facing model for Lartruvo.

The Regional Therapeutic Consultant is responsible for the dissemination of clinical information regarding Lartruvo and its services for patients with Soft Tissue Sarcoma to healthcare professionals including medical oncologists, oncology nurses, office managers, reimbursement manager, pharmacists and population based decision makers in a pre-determined geography.

The Regional Therapeutic Consultant is to serve as the lead in understanding key population based decision-makers in targeted Soft Tissue Sarcoma (STS) accounts in order to develop and support engagement strategies as it relates to the STS Service line.

The Regional Therapeutic Consultant will be a subject matter expert and will educate and help solve reimbursement issues. The RTC will help Healthcare Provider offices understand how Lilly Customer Support Programs (CSP) can assist patients.

The Regional Therapeutic Consultant will develop deep knowledge of Soft Tissue Sarcoma and be able to fully understand and share a wide variety of disease state and product information.

The Regional Therapeutic Consultant will serve as the primary contact between the Lartruvo Brand and selected HCP’s.

The Regional Therapeutic Consultant will participate in innovation sessions and will test these approved concepts with HCP’s.

The Regional Therapeutic Consultant will use data to expand their customers’ knowledge to make informed decisions. The RTC will need to be well versed in Lilly capabilities and influential in aligning these resources at the appropriate time to support customer needs within an account.

The Regional Therapeutic Consultant will create a multi-channel engagement plan that includes personalized touchpoints and non-personal promotions to amplify impact

Other key responsibilities include:

Educate, communicate, and support the treating clinicians and auxiliary team to ensure product utilization is in the right patient with the right approach.

Develop and implement a focused business plan, build account management plans, and manage/understand the geography.

Work effectively and collaboratively across the territory, district, region, and business unit

Work strategically with key partners and stakeholders to ensure product availability.

Maintain compliance with Company Policies and procedures.

To achieve success, the Regional Therapeutic Consultant will utilize their knowledge of business strategy to find opportunities for improvement and act on these opportunities.

MBA/Master’s Degree, Pharm D or RPh

Effective communicator: ability to comprehend complex scientific information and communicate effectively - verbal/written/presentation skills

Strategic Account Management skill sets(understand, plan and execute) to be utilized in Account Mapping of the organization – understanding account strategy and objectives, identifying population based decision makers, internal policy and governance, internal account protocols, and internal/external influencers

Strong teamwork skills and established ability to work in complex environment

Additional Information:

25-50% Overnight travel and evening programs may be required

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree plus any one of the following:

18 months of customer facing-experience (pharma), MBA, PharmD, or MS degree

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required

Professional Certification or License if required by a specific state
