Effectively\u00a0coordinating with other Relationship Manager(s), Service and Marketing representatives as you anticipate client issues and problems and\u00a0proactively take necessary steps to prevent such problems from occurring.
Management and\u00a0growth of the assigned relationships with your clients and influencing positive\u00a0change in their business through business consultations, as well as communicating business and platform updates to them as they occur.
Management of\u00a0the clients within your territory, including coordinating with the\u00a0Business Development Officers and Regional Relationship Managers on all\u00a0new corporate clients on-boarding, relationship related documentation and Welcome Call implementations.\u00a0
Seeking out\u00a0opportunities to grow our asset relationship with these firms, including\u00a0uncovering further up-sell or cross-business opportunities.

What you have:
Our ideal\u00a0candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter; and have a proven\u00a0ability to deliver sales success in a business-to-business environment,\u00a0with a clear focus on providing an excellent client experience and the\u00a0ability to anticipate and resolve problems under their own\u00a0initiative.\u00a0
Bachelor's\u00a0Degree
Series 7 and 63\u00a0licenses required, or as a condition of employment within 180 days of hire
Minimum of 7\u00a0years financial services experience and 3 or more years of business-to-business\u00a0sales/consulting experience in the financial services industry
Superior communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills.\u00a0
In-depth knowledge of brokerage industry knowledge and/or the ability to learn the\u00a0products and services with a limited learning curve is required.\u00a0
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, troubleshoot, relate to people of all levels of an\u00a0organization, and can think on his/her feet.\u00a0
Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the Institutional Financial industry including technology, operations, practice management, legal and compliance, the competitive landscape and fee structures is a plus.
