Current Need

The Compliance Quality Manager will be based in Moon Township, PA, and is responsible for the management of the 7 Compliance Quality Specialists. This position will be responsible for the creation and execution of the annual monitoring work plan, for McKesson Patient Care Solutions.

The Compliance Quality Manager assigns objectives and establishes processes to meet the goals and execution of the annual business unit monitoring plan.

his role oversees the Compliance Quality Specialists' evaluation of potential issues and supports guidance of appropriate action and follow-up. The Compliance Quality Manager will identify priorities, manages reporting communication of monitoring outcomes, and directs data collection related to routine external payor audits and reviews.

This person will work collaboratively with members of the Compliance, Audit and Regulatory Affairs Teams and frequently interact with functional peer groups at management levels.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees execution of annual monitoring work plan.
Coordinates and evaluates reporting and recommendations to the operations team(s) based on monitoring outcomes and findings.
Directs response development and data/information collection efforts of routine external payor audits and reviews.
Assist with capturing and conducting analytics related to regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Supports development and execution of policies and procedures, education, corrective action plans, and other applicable initiatives.

policies that directly affect subordinate employees. Recommends changes to unit
or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives.
Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedule.
Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups, interaction
normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting
presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or
schedules.

Minimum Requirements

3 years of audit experience in a related field
At least one year of management experience

Critical Skills

Experience in an auditing, monitoring, data analytics, healthcare quality, IT, HR or similar role with applicable and transferable audit responsibilities

Ability to convey understanding of insurance requirements and third party

billing

Ability to convey understanding of quality
and compliance standards at the state and federal levels (i.e., Medicare,
Medicaid, False Claims Act, SOX)
Ability to research and analyze applicable
regulations and interpret them into actionable results
Demonstrated success leading others through change
Strong oral and written communications
skills, including ability to communicate to all organizational levels

Preferred Skills

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or clinical environment

Knowledge of

controlled substances

Education

4 year degree or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Up to 10% travel
General office environment
Noise level is usually low to moderate
General office demands
Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required
Ability to carry and operate a laptop
