CMP Manager-

JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for Marketing activities.  Primary responsibility includes direct management of marketers, exceeding budgeted tour flow and VPG, guaranteeing excellent customer relations, and hotel management relationships.

 Job Description:

Direct Marketing team to exceed budgeted tour flow and APG through training, motivation, and strategic schedulingAssure team compliance with wage and hour process and procedures. Assure team compliance with department and company policies and proceduresApprove and submit employee payroll in a timely manner Field Management- motivate, train, oversee CMAs presentations, processes and timeliness and deliver supplies. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Resolve Guest Issues, complaints within department guidelines MUST be completely proficient in Excel, run reports and manage monthly schedule ranking spreadsheetResort tour reception and sales/marketing liaison to manage gifting and qualification questionsRecruiting, Interviewing and Hiring CMAsThis position will require oversight of Training by supervisors, both new hire and ongoing Personnel performance management including written notices and terminationsAttendance record keeping and compliance with company standardComply with Human Resource and company policiesUse of personal vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance requiredMust be able to work flexible schedule, nights and weekends includedMust be proficient at Excel, Power Point, Word (Microsoft Office)Self starter who likes to work independentlyGood Communication skills, approachable, outgoing, friendly and likeable personalityHistory of reliability, dependability and effective follow through','!*!Minimum Qualifications:

Previous Wyndham marketing experience desired.

Proven ability to remain calm and focused in emotionally charged and challenging situations

Proven ability to focus on details, develop procedures, write memos and emails, communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, marketers, managers, corporate employees, Senior level management
