Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Minimum 5 years professional design experience
A bias for doing what's right to add value
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Skilled multi-tasker who is able to perform under tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), and familiar with various digital tools and emerging technologiesDesired
Telecommunications industry experience preferred\u00a0Your ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a strategic thinker and communicator who is skilled at forging business partnerships and strengthening relationships between teams. This individual should feel comfortable clarifying asks from leadership, coordinating service delivery between partners, and implementing operational programs. Candidate should exhibit strong organizational skills and be adept at anticipating issues and taking proactive action. Candidate will be asked to partner with communications operations team to publicize training courses and support other senior leadership initiatives. The ideal person for this job is willing to dive in and do what's right to add value-whether it's high-profile and visible or just something that needs to get done. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders/vendors to assess need, create, implement, and evaluate marketing-wide development and training initiatives.
Manages speaking opportunities and functions as a liaison with external and internal partners to ensure high-level experiences and efficiencies in events and other initiatives.
Leverages project management skills to define, drive, and meet project milestones proactively.
Communicates opportunities, risks, and proposed solutions in a timely manner.
Manages program budgets and vendors.
Analyzes effectiveness of training programs and recommends improvements that drive change.
Acts as a change agent in driving continuous improvement and ensuring quality and effectiveness of training.
Fosters effective relationships with HR Business Partners, Leadership Development, and leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Assists in the development of long-term training strategy and goals.
Manages external best-practices, researches current approaches, and develops a network of resources to support Talent Development practices and need.\u00a0
