The incumbent assists as liaison between the Relationship Management Team, Internal Partners, Vendors, and the client. The RM has a direct portfolio or proactively supports existing and new client acquisition activities, helping resolve complex issues. RM assists in the coordination of the credit approval process for loans or the sales process for non-credit sales, as well as complying with internal policies and procedures. The RM services and enhances the existing customer experience by using independent judgment in meeting the various needs of the client. The RM actively consults with, and follows up with, the onboarding of all new clients. Monitors key risk indicators within the portfolio of clients including, past dues, changes to the clients risk profile, or service issues, and takes action as appropriate. This position may work with an Associate in gathering financial and other information to formulate strategies to generate revenue via credit and non-credit products.
