Commercial Prepaid Inside Sales Representative

Netspend's Commercial Prepaid team is looking to add highly qualified and motivated sales professionals to its Inside Sales Team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling Netspend's Commercial Prepaid suite of solutions to targeted business prospects, generated through marketing qualified leads, self-generated leads, business prospects referred by strategic partners, web referrals, inbound calls, and other lead sources, through calls and email. The success of this position is determined by contracts closed and resulting revenue generated. The accountability of this position is based on periodic updates in which the following are demonstrated related to the sales process - qualification and prioritization of opportunities, creation of preference with prospects, and closure of sales. This position reports directly to the Director of Inside Sales.


  • Outline, explain, and execute a repeatable sales process
  • Quickly and consistently identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
  • Accurately track and report all lead pipeline
  • Overcome business objections
  • Understand clients' needs by gathering informed identifying pain points
  • Establish repeat buyers and referral relationships
  • Consistently provide prompt and expedient follow ups
  • Additional responsibilities as needed


  • Bachelor's degree, sales or marketing emphasis preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three years of sales related experience; prefer at least two years of experience selling to C level executives.Experience selling in the following industries is preferred: restaurant, staffing, healthcare, retail, professional employment organizations (PEO), manufacturing, hospitality
  • A proven track record of strong revenue generation through inside and direct sales, as well as exceeding sales goals and quotas; history of consistently achieving metrics
  • Demonstrated thorough understanding of how to position solutions based on prospective client's needs
  • Highly motivated, winning attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening skills, presentation, marketing, negotiation, and networking skills; strong, clear voice with high energy and good phone presence
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient with CRM, preferable salesforce
  • Customer focused; flexible and an advocate for change
  • Detail oriented
  • Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training is preferred
